Reduce Sick Days and Boost Performance

Through Measurable Corporate Wellness Programs

From back pain to burnout — we help your employees stay healthy, focused, and productive.

Our programs target the most common causes of lost productivity: musculoskeletal pain, stress, and fatigue. We go beyond one-off workshops — combining evidence-based training, ergonomic education, and digital support that lead to measurable business outcomes.

Reduce Absenteeism

Fewer sick days, more engaged work hours. Health issues like back pain and stress are leading causes of lost productivity. Our programs target these root problems early, helping employees recover faster and stay fully engaged at work. The result is fewer sick days, less time spent “working through pain,” and higher overall output across teams.

Lower Health-Related Costs

Prevent injuries before they become claims. Musculoskeletal problems and stress-related conditions are among the most expensive drivers of workplace health costs. By addressing these preventively through ergonomics, education, and early intervention, companies reduce compensation claims, healthcare expenses, and turnover costs—saving money while protecting their teams.

Retain and Attract Talent

Demonstrate that you invest in your people. Today’s top performers expect employers to care about their well-being. Offering accessible, high-quality wellness programs shows commitment to employee health, creating a culture where people feel valued, supported, and motivated to stay. It also enhances your employer brand, helping attract talent in a competitive market.

Words From a CEO

“I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Paul and Marcin for several years, and they've positively influenced both my professional and personal life. Their expertise significantly improved my neck and lower back pain, and effectively helped manage my stress levels. During my tenure as CEO of Gefco Czech Republic, their team provided two years of exceptional professional care across multiple branches, from office and warehouse staff to production workers.

Their specialists consistently visited our locations throughout the Czech Republic, delivering targeted posture correction through specialized movement therapy and practical education on daily posture and ergonomic movements. Additionally, they organized motivating team-building events, including specialized sport weekends, which greatly contributed to our employees' engagement and health.

Employees who actively followed their programs experienced sustained and measurable improvements. I wholeheartedly recommend Good Back Academy to any organization committed to enhancing the musculoskeletal health, well-being, and productivity of their workforce.”
